Choose a Style
Send us your favorite model, whether it’s a Cartier, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari, or even your own design. And let us know the size you want. We’ll calculate a price for you based on your size.
Confirm Product
After the product is finished, we will check the details of the product and make sure all the details are correct, we will photograph the details of the product for you to confirm, after confirming it is correct, you need to pay all the balance before shipping.
Pay Deposit
Pay a deposit of 30% or less, or pay in full. The balance needs to be cleared before the product is made and you confirm it is correct and shipped.
Make Product
Wait about 5-12 days for production. For some complicated styles, it will take longer. For example, the production time for solid gold watches is usually 20-25 days.
Shipping Products
Jewelry is shipped to you. We will provide a tracking number. Please note that the shipment will be handled by a freight forwarder and shipped from Hong Kong. It will take approximately 2 days for us to obtain a tracking number. In total, it may take approximately 5 days for you to receive your jewelry.
Product Information Feedback
Within three days of your receipt of the product, you can send us a display image of the product and we will prepare a discount and gift for your next order. If there is any problem with the quality of the product, please contact our customer service to arrange a return and reorder. We will wait patiently until you are satisfied.
