Jewellery

We offer a fully comprehensive 12-month warranty on all jewellery items, including stock items and bespoke made to order pieces. Our warranty covers everything accept misuse or damage by the client. 

Custom-Set Watches 

Suggested text: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Custom Watches & Parts

All unworn watches & custom watch parts, such as bezels & dials, purchased from Cagau come with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This will supersede any manufacturer’s warranty on bespoke or customised pieces. The warranty covers the mechanical parts of the watch (functions/movement) and the custom diamond setting work.

The warranty does not cover any form of water damage or misuse of the watch in any way. Due to the nature of customisation work – we cannot guarantee watches will be 100% water resistant once alterations, adding or removing parts has occurred.

In the event your watch has been damaged by water, Cagau will offer to repair the watch at your expense if possible.
